well i wouldn't say that you should hurry, jump out of bed, and get straight to exercising. What i do is i wait i get up and get my energy up for a little while then what i do is some yoga. because yoga is like stretching before you do P.E.. Then i eat me something healthy go outside take a little jog around the neighborhood then come back home take a shower, etc. Then i go on with my day. So i hope that explains it for you. Well i hope that helped you at least a little.

Well some would say the best time is when you have the time for it... but it that's not an issue, then i'd say the best time is after waking up, that's when you have more energy. Now, if you live in a city and like to workout outdoors, then the best is at night, because of air pollution, at this time it's not as bad.

Exercise should be performed when YOU feel like it...regardless of what time of day.
One caveat to exercising in the evening: if you do it too close to bedtime, your adrenaline and endorphins might not have been metabolized enough to allow you to fall asleep right away. The best thing to do is to exercise no later than 3-4 hours prior to your normal bed time.
