Dreams can have a profound effect on you for the whole of the next day. When I have dreams like this I try to work out what was the most important element to it. Was it the Tower, the height or your daughter?
Where you aware of any feelings at the time? Was there an escape route/stairs/lifts or where you trapped?? What exactly were you scared of? All these types of questions will help you to better understand your dream.
Of course you could take the Freudian approach and see the tower as a phallic symbol.

"Dreams that mean nothing, fragmented thoughts that slip by at night.......! Don't let it worry you. I dreamed that Buffy The Vampire Slayer wanted to sleep with me, but she probably doesn't!
Just don't put your name down for a council flat, or you may just end up in one of those God-forsaken places. I imagine it's a kind of living death!

dreams can mean something and they can mean nothing. depends on your circumstances at the moment (anxiety, problems, etc), on your general phobias (fear of heights, of moving, of being far, about your kid, etc).
see what's happening in your life now and if the dream reflects some of that. wait to see if you see it again.
or, more simply, you might have had a heavy dinner.

My crystal ball tells me it means your neurons were randomly firing while you were asleep. Don't sweat it.
