He was serious, but foolish - Colts fans are no fools, even if the QB is. Boston ticket agencies have a large supply of tickets for the game - all from Colts fans who flipped them.

The RCA Dome keeps noise. If the gang is making noise even as the Colts are on protection, it would want to be harder for the Patriots to call performs, even with the reality that that did not ensue in San Diego. New England activities followers are really unswerving and an major decision will purchase tickets on stubhub and take the hour flight to Indianapolis. which will dilute the quantity of noise being made even as the Colts are on protection. I actually were at away video games that sound like pink Sox homestead video games. it truly is harder to do with a football playoff interest as fewer human beings promote, besides the undeniable fact that it truly is going to ensue to some quantity this Sunday. seem for the Patriot followers even as the television digicam pans the gang. there have been fairly some in San Diego very last Sunday.

Well this is the first I've heard of this but I would think he was serious if he did say this. I mean it happens in college all the time when a team has a home game against a team that draws well on the road.
If I were a pats fan I wouldn't be offended.

I hope he was serious. I mean you heard about the Chargers and Bears at their games right? They only let locals buy tickets basically. I think if you are a Colts fan you DON'T sell tickets but nothing wrong with offering a reminder.

Peyton Manning earns tens of millions of dollars a year. Perhaps he is under the belief that selling a thousand dollar playoff ticket to the opponent's fan is unjustifiable because it is not that much money. A schmuck earning $50,000 a year that can make $2,000 selling these tickets is probably not going to listen to the millionaire. If Peyton offers to buy at the going rate, that would be OK, he has the money he should put it where his mouth is.

I hadn't heard that he'd said that. But you want as many of the fans as you can get on your side. The more noise your home crowd makes while the other team is trying to run their offense and audibly call out plays, the more it helps you. You want the crowd loud enough so it's hard for the other team to hear the plays the quarterback is calling out. A loud enough crowd can cause the quarterback to have to call a timeout to convey the play so everyone can hear. Or it can also cause the other players to not properly hear and to run the wrong route.

Im sure he was serious, but was not meant to be taken to serious if you know what I mean. Given his history with the Patriots and their fans, Im sure he would not want to look up into the stands and see about of angry pats fans taunting him. However, he is as professional as an athelete comes, and could deal with anything if he had to.

wouldn't be suprised, as every AFC team in the playoffs last year told their fans not to sell their tickets to the Super Bowl Champs, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
As others have said, why would youn sell you tickets anyway. I know that you can make some good money on the tickets, but i would rather go.
