24 X 24 is a common size of air filter and is readily available at any Lowes, Home Depot, Target or even Wal Mart...
You just get what you pay for. The cheaper ones, price wise allow more stuff to pass through, whereas the pricier ones are very good at keeping most dust and allergens out. But like I said, you get what you pay for. Plan on paying between $5 to $15 per air filter.

i would suggest going to lowes to find out, or call them, or go to lowes.com. 24x24 is a pretty typical size, so i would imagine they do. if they don't they can order for you.
