I really hope they stay in Pittsburgh. It would be good for the city and the game. The team does have a strong, loyal following. I live in the DC area, and the Capitals have 2 of the best young players in the league in Ovechkin and Semin and barely get 13,000 a game while the Pens have had strong crowds all year. I agree the Penguins need a new arena to be competitive, hopefully the Pennsylvania brass can get it done. I've already signed the KeepthePens.com petition. Lets hope for the best!!
Also, to the Red Wings fan...If (god forbid) the Penguins were to move, wouldnt Columbus be the number one option to move over to the east? Heck, even Nashville would probably go to the east before Detroit would. There's no way the NHL would break the Red Wings away from the rivalries with the Blackhawks, Blues, and Avalanche.

I think Pittsburgh fans deserves to keep their hockey team but the different levels of government sure aren't making the efforts needed. It would be a shame to loos the history of that franchise.
If they have to move, I'd rather see them come to Canada where hockey is life than another city down south that's never seen snow and has no love for the game. I will never understand why bettman tries to sell a product to people that don't want it while ignoring the people that love it.

I would love for the Penguins to stay. There are so many other cities that currently have a team that don not deserve it. Even NJ who have won the Stanley still do not attract well. Pittsburgh respects the game and a revival will do them and the NHL well.

I am a Leafs fan but I would still like to see the Penguins stay in Pittsburgh. If they do not I hope Balsillie or D'Angelo buys them and brings them to Ontario. Maybe for all the people who do not want the Penguins to stay you can post a question on this forum of the best way to scre.w yourself and if you will get pregnant

I hope the Pittsburgh Penguins Move OUT of Pittsburgh. It will have teams play each other a lot more. Plus, fans like myself (GO WINGS) that have to stay up late to watch there team travel to the West Coast, Wont have to as often! Plus, If Pittsburgh moves then the Wings will most likely move to the EAST, which will make it easier for them to win the Stanley Cup!

It doesn't matter for me if they stay or go, but I would like to see them stay open as a viable franchise in a city that will respect the team. it's obvious the higher ups in Pittsburgh don't, and they suck.

I do but I also respect Mario if he decides to move. I wish someone had the money to offer to give him an Arena instead of expecting him to take "plan B". I'll sign as well but just saying that I respect his choices when it comes to the jackas*es in the city and State and what they have done.

Keep them here! I am a season ticket holder and I love going to the games. Kansas City and Winnepeg already had teams and blew it!
