i need help finding a band, dont know too much about them, i know that they are an all girl japanese punk sorta band, and i know a few lyrics from one of there songs, which to be honest may not even be right. . . but it goes somthing like. . . soft paper ice cream.

they have been around for quite some time and one of thier albums has a girls boot ( she is kicking) on the front with the other band members in the back round,

any one know?? or have any clues?? please help!!

there is a cartoon called puffy ami umi-it's based on a real japanese group but i don't know their real names. i think its on cartoon network.maybe they would have some info
