Graph the solution set of inequalities an explanation with answer please...?

How do I start to solve this..
y(equal to or less than) 5x+2
y(is greater than)-2x-5

Draw the line for the first and shade everything under it. Same for the other except now shade everything over it. I'm not sure how to differentiate between say "greater than" and "greater than or equal to" on a graph.
