biore tends to over-dry my skin for some reason and the biore nose strips peel off too many layers of your skin and can be harsh as well. nothing will replace a throrough facial on a regular basis. a good extraction will keep your pores in check. however, if you can't do that regularly, i recommend dr. brandt's pore perfection cream available at sephora. it is like $55 a jar but it lasted me well over a year and a half since i only use it on my problem areas, nose and t-zone everyday. it keeps my pores minimized and keeps the clogs at bay longer. when i finally get around to a facial and get extracted, there is noticeable less build-up and gunk. it also has some tea tree oil in it so it soothes and keeps your skin from becoming inflammed and it's also antibacterial.

so, yes the product costs more than biore or neutrogena, but it is great for sensitive skin and since it lasts so long, the price is probably comparable.

I use Clinique Pore Minimizer with Tzone Shine Control, I'm not sure if it's expensive, cause my mom bought it for me, and it was along time ago, I got two packs. But it works pretty well but I don't think it works for the long term... but then again, I use it everyday like I should. It works good when I do though! Sorry I'm like barely helping. Hope I Helped ---

Once pores are enlarged, there's really nothing you can do to shrink them other than laser therapy and such. However, you can help to minimize their appearance by keeping them cleaned out. St Ives Apricot scrub and Queen Helene Mint Julep masque are both really good products that I've been using for a while.

If you're too sensitive for mud masques and such, Neutrogena Pore Refining Scrub works wonders.

The Neutrogena line works very well... As I have skin that is a tad sensitive, I use the toner at night and the cleanser in the morning so I don't dry out too much. You can really tell the difference after about a week!

Biore Pore Minimizing line is great, but if you don't want to buy anything at all, just splash your face repeatedly with warm water then several times with ice cold water.
