You havent specified what kind of job are you looking for. The hotel industry has an array of jobs from restaurant and food service, bar services, accomodation, Accounts, Maintenance.
You need to study a hotel related course depending on what line you plan to pursue.
You could do a BSc and a MSc in Hospitality and Hotel management. Now its even possible to do a MBA in hotel management in Switzerland.
In India we have the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied nutrition. They run professional courses for the Hospitality industry. You may check out their website.

by just wanting the job its not necessary that u may get it. u need to have a will to excel in the job besides having the required qualifications for the desired job. hotel industry like any other service industry is very demanding & competitive too. so to get into the industry first get the required qualifications & then apply accordingly. there are a lot of openings just the qualifications are required.
