i'm a vegetarian and so is my son, who's 2 (we are the two very healthful). I usually consume total-grain cereal with soy-milk and a bite of fruit for breakfast. For lunch, each and every so often i will make a veggie sandwich on total wheat bread (any greens you have available - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, carrots) plus some hummus for protein. For snacks for the time of the day, I consume soy yogurt or fruit. For dinner, I consume something distinctive each and every night. some innovations - a veggie and tofu stir fry, a vegetable lasgna, veggie burgers, quesadillas, burritos. as quickly as you get used to it, it is not difficult to no longer consume meat. i do no longer even think of two times approximately it anymore (i've got been a veg for 5 years). additionally, get some cookbooks to help - i like "Veggie Planet" by using Didi Emmons, additionally, "The Idiots instruction manual to starting to be Vegetarian" is super. wish this enables and stable good fortune!

haha pretty funny. I think that its hard for them to hang out actually. My best friend is a vegetarian and when we go out to eati always find it awkward to eat in front of her cuz i like my chicken and steak and hamburgs and stuff like that. My other friends and I have a great time together eatting meat and stuff like that.

hey im a vege! well depends really i eat fish but no other form of meat. some people still call me vegetarian when i say i eat fish and some people say im not *shrugs* i dont find it hard to 'meat' people hehe
