I agree, the cowards need to be identified! These stars are ridiculous! YA screwed up with the "upgrade"!

I would agree that it seems many people get reported for minor infractions when users who continually re register and post inane, inapropriate, and even harassing questions continue unabaited.
However, there is little we can do to assuage that seeing that if they released the identity, there would be little to no reports at all, and the questions that really need reporting would increase dramatically.

yep, couldn't agree more, because I have been violated bcuz I asked what city a person is in and what they were doing at the moment... now that will be a feature that i will appreciate so i can email the ignorant ones and give them a good telling off...
