Assuming you mean North Korea's tests
Search the websites of BBC news, Fox news, CBS news and CNN; this will give you a wide variety of perspectives on the subject. Most of these websites are easy to find, if you need to, google for them to get the exact web adressess.

Assuming you mean pre-North Korea
This is a good book on the subject. Russia tested near Semi-Palatinsk in what is now Kazhackstan. The US tested in the Bikini atolls, after testing in American desert areas. These should help give you something to search for.
