I am learning card making and I want to print the inside myself, I have tried Word but it will not print. Please can anyone help me.

I thought people would help me, I didn`t expect stupid answers, Yes I switched my printer on, and yes I went to print on the file, I would like a sensible answer please from someone who knows what they are talking about.

in the menu bar at the top of the page click on file and then go down to print this should work.

Well basically you have to set up which size paper you are using and settings like that. To do this it is within the print settings under the File menu in the top left of your screen. Also make sure you use the print preview option to see if the writing within your card is in the correct place. You can use templates to select pre-made cards or use microsoft publisher to get more templates and it also has a wizard which helps you make cards.

Well, you did leave yourself a little open with the way you phrased your question!
However, to clarify matters, I take it your printer is printing "normal" documents okay, is it? If so, what happens when you try to print your card? Like, does it try to print and jam up, or what?

You have to connect and switch on the printer first. Then, you have to install the printer and then simple click on the print icon on Word and it should print your document

go to file in the top left corner scroll down and hit print, if this doesnt work go to ur document u want printed right click over the top of it and scroll down to print, hope this helps

It is best to use either a Template, or a specific card making software.
The template will work, however, something like a simple card making software from COMPUSA is very good

Go to file new templates and there is a greeting card use this template and insert your card

YOU HIT FILE SAVE AS............NAME YOU DOCUMENT THEN HIT FILE BUTTON AGAIN THEN HIT PRINT. THE REASON TO SAVE WORK IS SO YOU CAN GO BACK AND FIND IT IF YOUR PRINTER DOESN'T WORK.
