For many of them, yes. Although we know that we have know certainty we cannot act without believing our judgements to be true.

1. I judge that the floor will support me,
2. I judge that the beer will be nice
3. I judge that the sun will come up in the morning

Again, I know that I have no certainty (and so embark on a rigorous programme of testing "2"), but I can only act if I assume that they are true.

If you meant "judge" in an ethical or moral sense then the same thing goes. In order to act on moral or ethical guidelines I must assume that my judgements are correct.

In fact you could look at "judgement" to be "decide whats true".

No, my judgments are worthless because God is the ultimate judge. My judgments are opinions and I try my best not to judge because I know from years of experience how awful it is to be judged by others.

Actually I try not to judge, but to view from another perspective other than my own. It is difficult to judge when you do not know all the reasons and some times things or situations can really be mixed up/messed up. Nothing is all black or white.

I say not always.

Judgement may be "true" -- but it relys on what is both felt and observed.

"Truth" is a fact that has been verified.

Sometimes judgements are based on how one feels about something and therefore are not "truths".

truth = fact
judgement comes from perception which is relative so its total crap

If I answer "no" it means I acknowledge the answer might be "yes".
