i would like to have penpals but just to chat how do i do that because all i want is friends to talk too

You could look at profiles on this site or 360 and then just email them and ask if they would like to email with you. I would think the improtant thing would be to find someone who has something in common with you to talk about.

Go into a chat room that interest you and start talking to people that have the same interests. You will find some in there.
