Only if you were on friendly terms with the Dustman and there was actually a dump on the island.

It is called human waste for a reason. there is little or no nutritional value to your "dump." Your body takes what it needs from the food you eat and then the unusable part is a waste product.

Find a coconut or dive for some fish, otherwise you are going to have a icky tasting death.

Wow. This is such a good question, surprised Jade or Jack didn't ask it in the House when asked to come up with "the question" they always wanted answered. I'd say that, unpleasantness aside, there would not be the necessary nutrient available from this diet

They have very little nutritional value as this is the waste left over from the food from which your body has absorbed the nutrients. There's a reason why you "dump" it out.

you know you'll get ecoli if you eat poop right? even your own. That will be my platform when I run for president- I am reaching out to all of my fellow americans who may ever get stranded on a desert island. I want all of my constituents to know that eating your own poop can give you ecoli!! Vote Courtney 2008

Only if i had curry powder! Curry powder hides a multitude of sins. In fact i've probably munched a few dumps in some of the dodgy Indian restaurants i've been to in the past!

It would be far healthier to drink one's own urine rather than eat faeces, provided that one does not have a UTI (urinary tract infection). This is because the urine has already been purified in the system and will prevent dehydration.

If you have no food to eat, there would be no waste elimination. Who would want to eat their own waste? That's not even something you'd want to put on a Ritz.
