dattebayo fansub's current published episode in naruto is 216'th episode.. the 217th episode of naruto will be aired on thursday and7.57pm in japan... dattebayo said that the said anime would be available online 20 hours after the airing of the said episode. but, dattebayo has some problems with regards to the subbing so they announced that all animes (including naruto) would be delayed for a day.

Well in japan naruto episode 216 was released on tv on january 11th so I'm not really sure how long it takes to add subtitles and to be uploaded into youtube...

It hasn't come out yet you need to wait around a week for ep 217 and then so on.
