i download them right off of www.thesims2.com
they have billions of clothes, houses, and pets that people created custom to use. I love all the choices! register online and go to sim exchange

www.all-about-style.com has tons.
www.strawberry-patch.net has great clothes for kids.
There are hundreds of great sites, so just look around the links pages for these three and you'll find more.
