Lift some weights! Don't be afriad of strenghing excerisies, if you want a little mussle, lift heavier weight 3 times 6-8 reps, or just for tone, do lighter weights 2 times 10-14 reps. Then do a spary on tan, it really makes those toned mussles look more defined and sexy.

eat healthily...do exercise..if your extra skinny..for a while eat chcolate or some other kinda fatty food lol..but keep control over yourself...then you'll have "curves" like beyonce n shakira...but some peoples body types are just not made 4 curves...you can still have a pretty body...stay in between...dont go 2 skinny (anorexic) and dont go 2 fat (overweight/obese)...

me i like drinking v8 it works for me and some othger people so i think if u exercise oh wat the heck the secret to have a flat stomache but a huge booty well if ur not born with 1!! ready dis iz it eat alot run like 4 laps 3-4 times a week and the fat goes to the butt and sopmetimes it even goes to the boobs!!!

They already have their bodies.... can you just be happy with your own? Never works to try and be something your'e not I think.
