You stated your question to ask where people will be professionally on October 15, 2020. Which still falls about 13 yrs. from now so doesn't make too much a difference. Just pointing it out.

let say...i'm 32 and 2020 is about 13 years from now. I'll be living in a million dollar home doing real estate business. between now and 2020 i will own a home and renovate and sell it for over a million.
