Right click on a blank area on your desktop. Choose Properties. This brings up a window for Display Properties. Click on Screen Saver tab. Choose how many minutes of inactivity before you want your screen saver to display itself.
Click on the Power button in the Display Properties window. Choose how long you want your monitor to display with no activity (this includes screen saver operating). The shorter the period chosen, the sooner your screen will go black.

The same place you go to in order to change your screen saver should have an option to change the setting for the time it stays on.

Sounds like your monitor is set to automatically turn off after a certain amount of time.

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Power Options -> set "Turn off monitor" to Never.

You must check out Jack Grave's "Ejaculation Guru" tutorial on how to stop premature ejaculation, check out his video here: http://www.ejaculationguru.link

It explains how to end premature ejaculation for good. It’s basically a blueprint on how to develop natural control over your ejaculation. It actually reprograms your ejaculatory reflex so that you last longer without even trying.

It involves a combination of techniques, learning knowledge, and following a specific approach that attacks premature ejaculation from all three angles; the physical, mental, and hormonal. I was able to cure my premature ejaculation problem in only 2 weeks and I never had a problem again.
