you may like him because you think he is hot and cute and he may be the popular one in school but from my experience when I was that age and in school the cute and popular guys where always mean and picked on the girls that where not a cheerleader or in other activites that made them popular. Just ignore him and stay away from him cause most of the people that I went to school with that where popular are no where in the real world because the real world does not care if you were cute and popular in school what got you there in school is not going to get you there in the real world.

Depends on how he's "picking" on you... dumb as t sounds, it may indicate he likes you too! At that age guys are still trying to figure out how to get a girls attention, adn it often results in dorky bahavior like that. Next time he does something just turn to him and say "look, if you want to say hi or ask me out just do it!" and see what he does. He may be speechless, which may be a good sign!

well, he could like you, guys do that, they pick on you to get your attention. seriously- like if you read chicken noodle soup books- you'll see that hot guys don't want popular girls, b/c they are jerks. so he could like you...
but if he's just doing it to be mean, ignore him, or stand up for yourself. he'll back off.
