What do you think? I have had a fear of him from the first time I saw him.. Islam is taking over Spain, France, England and his winning could be significant for the over-all Islam objective

At this point, I wouldn't vote for him because what Iittle I know about where he stands on the issues, I do not agree with.

It is interesting how you posed your question: what is his significance? I think that, because he is black, because he is related to Muslim, because he is on the left...the media AND the left will use him to call anyone who speaks out against his policies a racist. That is how these people operate.

His religion aside (he isn't muslim) the significance is once he has an exploratory committee he can begin receiving contributions for his election campaign. Those funds are his to keep, so even if he doesn't run, he has begun stuffing his war chest for when the time is right.

And if he were to continually throw his hat in the ring and never make a legitimate run at the Presidency he still has his election fund that he can convert to a foundation. He can't directly take that money, but he can use it to pay a staff... with himself as director of it. And use it to support various other organizations who in turn put him on as a paid member of their board of directors.

So the overall objective is probably to make himself some easy money for when he has the political experience and is ready for a real run for the Presidency; global muslim domination has nothing to do with it.

I don't like the idea he has a terrorist name for sure!!! And the fact the Democrats like him so well makes me suspicious of him. He doesn't stand a chance tho cause he's way to inexperienced and hasn't developed a tolerance to criticism needed to go very far in the political world. Part of the reason for the take over in France and Spain was their stand to pull out or not be involved in the fight against terrorists who saw this as a weakness and went in. I'm defiantly going to check this guy out!

Obama is a Christian. I don't see his entering into the election as a threat to the US. How is this going to effect Islam positively or otherwise?

I think its great although I dont think he will win because of the racism in this country. If you are implying that Barrack Obama is Islamic your wrong. He is a Christian.

Obama is not a Muslim, he's a Christian. I cannot believe how ignorant people are about Legislators and Congress !

I liked Obama from the beginning until I realized how much he wants to give to the Illegals in the United States of America. I think he has a good chance, but will not get my vote because of the stands he is taking.

Wow.

He isn't a Muslim.
Islam isn't taking over anywhere.
The significance would be the first black president.
And republicans out of the white house!

Obama is not Islamic. His father is from Kenya, and his mother is from Kansas.

he won't win - he has no previous leadership experience. Just as Hillary doesn't either. Being a senator doesn't make you a leader. They need candidates that have a proven leadership track record if they want to win the presidency in 2008.
