Unless he paid anything toward the property while you were married, he probably can't. Also, it may depend on what state you live in. Only an attorney can give you the correct answer in your situation. I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you. I'm in a similar situation after being married for a year and a half...I hope it all works out for you.

He only married you for your property so he can sell it and make a profit. Since it's less then a year, tell him you want an annulment instead. This way, it'll be like the marriage never existed and you guys won't owe each other anything. You're a fool if you let him have any of your property.

Depends upon which state you live in, however, most likely not. Generally, property and wealth brought into a marraige are excluded in divorce. If the property has gained value during your marriage, he may be entitiled to 50% of that gain (for example it was worth 50,000 when you got married, and now it is worth 55,000, he may be able to claim 1/2 of the 5,000 gain.

In California, whatever property you had before the marriage is yours. Play it safe and get an attorney. If he wants a divorce, be proactive and file for a formal separation; protect your accounts, your property and your credit history. If he has financial issues, you don't want his drama to affect your property.

You realize everyone queefers, some during more inappropriate times than others. Although I have never heard of anyone divorcing over queefers. But, I assume if you had been eating queefers producing foods that you would be more apt at producing larger queefers that may have offensive odors. So allow your swallow husband his wish, there will be many other men who appreciate your queefers and love and respect you no matter the odor or the size of your queefers.

No, he can only get a share of property acquired during your marriage. However, he may be entitled to a share of income from that property which was received during your marriage.

It probably depends on the law where you are.
Where I live, everything you owned before marriage is yours no matter what, and the only things that one has to split is things gained after getting married.

Don't listen to what he says, just go get some legal advice. You have been married less than one year, I think you can get an annulment and he gets nothing. Its different in every state, go check in to it. He can't come out of the marriage better off than he went in.

Property as in real estate? Get a lawyer, quick. Anything else is probably 50/50 if there are no kids involved, but don't worry about your clothes, they wont fit him.
