I doubt there's a set age. If you die of "natural causes" at any age, it's a natural death, the result of the aging process, and thus, dying from "old age'.

100? I knew a lady that was 114. She was a patient of mine years ago. We all called her "Granny". She died just before her 115th birthday. No one seemed to question why.
