I am currently 15 weeks going on 16 weeks. I know I've been feeling little movements here and there since about 2 weeks ago...but last night BOY DID I EVER FEEL IT!!! I was sitting in the car and had eaten probably 1 hour before. WOWIE, all of a sudden boom, boom, boom...it felt like popcorn popping for like 5 seconds long. It was amazing. I knew right away it was the baby. Now that I felt it strong, how often will I feel it like that again...I loved it and want it to happen again, it lets me know my little on is in there....AND when did you feel yours for the first time/

With my first baby i didn't feel any movements until about 20 weeks. Now pregnant with my second and i felt her move around 13-14 weeks, you know more the second time around. The first time was like a fast flutter at the very bottom of my abdomen. Now i'm 28 weeks and boy does she kick my butt!! It's very exciting in the beginning but just wait until he/she weighs around 2 pounds and above your navel. The other night i was trying to sleep and she moved around for a hour strait! It was so uncomfortable that i had to get up and walk around just so she would fall asleep, not even born yet and already spoiled...lol. My stomach was so soar i couldn't stand up strait. If i haven't eaten is when she really moves the most and it's a little painful but afterward she calms right down. After a while you can tell the difference between sleep and wake periods! Once you feel the baby first movements they only get stronger from that point. They slow down the closer you get to the due date because of lack of room but do get stronger. I remember with my first baby i could see a elbow poke out the closer i was to due date.

i was 14 weeks. I only felt it once a day for two days, and then nothing until closer to 16-17 weeks.
Until 20 weeks or better you probably wont feel movement regularly. The baby up until that point is the same size as the placenta, and generally facing it, or inward, which disguises all movement.
After 20 weeks, when movement becomes regular and you feel things all day, you want to make sure you feel something EVERY DAY.

My first experience feeling my baby was the same way. You will usually feel him/her move after eating for the first few times because that usually gets them all excited. Then you will start feeling it at night alot too when you are lying down. But enjoy it because pretty soon they will be so big inside of you that you will never stop feeling it. Enjoy the beginnings of pregnancy when you can enjoy your little bump and still not be miserable with it. But it is fun when they move! :-) It reassures you that there really is a baby in there. Wait til they shove that little foot out and your whole tummy lumps to one side! lol.

I was about 14 weeks when I noticed the slight flutter of my little one. It gets better cuz now I'm 28 weeks and she is a karate black belt (lol) Enjoy! It's the best feeling ever knowing there's a baby in there since you can only see them via ultrasound!

I think my first pregnancy was about 14-16 weeks. This time, I thought I felt it at 11 weeks, but I wasn't certain until 15.5 weeks and I had one day of major fluttering. Enjoy!!!! It's amazing!

i was in my 5th month before i felt my baby move on a daily basis. before that, they are just too small for you to notice really. the odd time it may feel like gas bubbles or "like a squirrel is running around in your tummy" (as my friend described it). for someone else to feel it, usually that happens around 5-6 months when they start pushing on the front of your tummy. my daughter used to kick her dad in the back every night when we'd try to sleep :) he loved it. a tip for you, if you want the baby to be active enough for you to feel it. lay on your left side and stay still. they should start moving around quite a bit.

I started to feel my son move on the 17th week, and your right it does feel so special, like you finally start bonding with that baby inside of you. Now that I'm in my 36th week I sometimes wish he would hold still especially when I'm sleeping and he kicks me in the ribs. LOL!!!! Good Luck!!!!
