I use a thing called "link magic" that's available at a website called HTML Basix.com On the left hand side bar there's a link for "Link Magic" and you can generate the HTML code in the little window that pops up. Then copy and paste the entire code into your bulletin.

Or you could just learn HTML, but personally, I don't have the time nor the inclination so I cheat using that site lol
