FEMA is supposed to remap the flood zones in Nebraska this year when will this be done?

There is a house I want to buy in a flood zone but once the remapping is done my realtor told me the house will no longer be in a flood zone. Does anyone know when this will happen. I like the house but the stupid flood insurance puts the monthly payment out of our price range. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
