Copies with a 'wrl' countermark. This type usually has countermarks on the obverse and reverse. Many of the more desirable roman coin types were copied with this countermark.
It could be a copy by Westair Reproductions Limited.
Be very careful if you are looking on ebay, because a lot of fake coins are being listed. If in doubt about a coin that you have, I suggest visiting a coin specialist.
