Wait....let me try to decipher what the heck your trying to say. You proposed to someone you love, but they said no, so now you want us to guess how you feel.
I would guess you feel embarrassed.

Did you ask why she refused? Maybe she's just playing hard to get. Did you tell her all the reasons why you want to marry her? Do you have a decent job? Are you able to take care of her financially and emotionally? Then tell her all of those things!
I'm sure you're heartbroken, but if she truly doesn't love you, you can now search for the person who will love you in the way you deserve to be loved. Take a little time to get over her, then find someone you can love even more than you loved this one!

You are probably devastated, heart-broken but you don't want to be with someone who doesn't love you and you can't make someone love you so try to put it behind you, no regrets.
