Only if you need it for a class...where do you keep it where other people won't get a hold of it? Do you carry it all day? Nope, leave it home.

Yes you should bring your guitar to school, but you must find a safe place to store it. Ask your music teacher if she/he can help you. Furthermore, you should bring your guitar everywhere you go. Carry it with you in a good case and play it as often as possible. Before you know it you will be opening your case and receiving money for just playing a song. many cities and towns allow you to open your case and play on the street. The more time you spend with your guitar the better you will be at understanding how to take care of it safely. Have fun, make music, and the money will follow no matter where you go in life. ah.... well if you need it or someone asked you to show them how you play..yeah go right ahead. if your afriad of it getting hurt then no. if you just feel like bringing it to show off...no, you can do that else where.
