I am a pre-op transsexual and considering breast implants. I was always envious of large-chested women when I was growing up and fantasized about being like them. But now that I am actually going through the change, I want to make sure I am comfortable with the size of my new breasts.

Mine are overly large (and naturally so) and I find that they get in the way a lot. I've had problems swinging a golf club, casting a fishing pole, drawing back on a bow-string for archery, and even moving my arms in close enough to type comfortably. They can get in the way while sitting at a table that's the wrong height, while ironing, etc. Go with a nice full B or small C cup. Very feminine but not overly large.

I think it's all about proportion. If you will be a large woman, than large breasts work and feel/look right. If you will be a smaller or average woman, I wouldn't do it. They can get in the way, they can be uncomfortable, and they can become a point of "conversation" in a way that you may find you don't like.

Talk to your doc. He/she will have some ideas.

breasts can be cumbersome at times, causing back pain, and fatigue, but try to find something that works for you. If you can, wear a bra around with implants inside them, and see if you have any back or shoulder pain, or if they become cumbersome or in the way. If so, you might want to consider a smaller size, or to keep what you got.

YES! I have large breats on a normal frame (36DD). I used to love them when I wore club clothes and low cut tops, but now that I'm in a professional setting and let's face it...older, I no longer dress as racy. It's so hard to find tops and dresses that fit correctly. After I have kids I'm getting a reduction. A nice C would be fun!
Good Luck in your upcoming endeavors.

my breasts are a full b/ small c cup and they dont get in the way at all. every guy that i have ever been with has said that they are perfect. it all depends on your body size i guess. i am 5' 4" and so my breasts seem to fit me quite well :) besides, all you need is a handful. anything else is a waste. good luck!

If you're not afraid of going under the knife (which apparently you aren't) - why not get Dolly Parton sized basketballs? It will give you something big to play with... since you're losing your other... eh hem... toy.
Keep in mind - they will need to get tweaked in a few years to keep them - - - up.
Why not get it done @ the same time?

Good luck!

Before you get that breast job, and the sex change, try touching a pair of large breast, you might like them, and just want to find a women with a nice pair and just think about them everyday, just before you come home. ,and change you mind about the sex change.

This is a personal judgment. So Have just one side done, try hat for a few years then decide if you want two, or want the first one removed.
