How about "All the Above" - well, except for giving the toe.
I have given so many fingers I developed arthritis in the right one and had to switch to giving left handed salutes.
I chased a guy down that was playing car games and dragged him out of his car and punched him in the face and told his wife to shut up or she was next - I know, I have issues with road rage - lol

Some times I trough stuff at their car other times I try to run them off the road. If I'm really pissed I'll smash into them or follow them and run them over when they get out of the car. Ok, I'm actually lying (or am I). I usually ignore it...not worth the headache.

I would ram their back fender and then when we pulled over to see what happened... id start swinging. I would also slash their tires.

The driver of the car is a complete stranger and you can never be sure what frame of mind he/she is in. For my own safety, I'd ignore it.

I do A, D and F...depending on my mood. If I do D, I put a little spin on it, they have to get a new set of tires as well as a windshield.
