This is the kid that was found in Missouri after four years. I think that by now, we get it: he got lost, and he was now found. OK, we get it. Enough.
Crap...if this was a black kid, he probably wouldn't be on the news at all, not to mention that his missing story would never have been mentioned at all.

I just don't like how this kid looks...all scrawny and nerdy. He doesn't deserve attention. And yes, it was that other kid who got lost for four years. But hey, who cares.

I feel you on this, its great that he's safe and home now but you're so right, if he was Black, they would've stopped looking for his a s s a long time ago and put it in the cold case files. There are so many missing Black women and they don't get the attention of Natalee Holloway, Laci Peterson or anyone else.

It wasn't Ben Ownby who was found after 4 and a half years it was Shawn Hornbeck. And don't you think it's a good think he was found?? What is wrong with you??? Why would you even post such a rediculous question??? If your child was missing and then found wouldn't you want to tell everyone? Oh and by the way Shawn will be on Oprah on Thursday I hope you DONT watch it.

i think it is good they are focusing on it, cause if he had been dead they would have kept talking about the killer, etc. so better he had a story with a happy ending!
