I would ride a horse. Not as much horse power than a car but I would get to where I was going.

I guess I would then have a pretty much useless business. My tow truck would stand idle. But on a positive note, I could probably sleep the entire night through without the phone ringing. Assuming we still had phones, since all the maintenance is done using telephone company trucks. I'm assuming trucks and buses would also go away. What about locomotives? If they stayed, we would still have some way to move goods to those towns with tracks, but local distribution would be by Wells Fargo Wagon again. Even if diesel trains went away, (let's assume we ran out of fuel) I'm sure there are enough steam engines left to keep things going. And there is lots of coal and wood to get up a head of steam.

The prices for horses, mules oxen and the like as well as carts and wagons would sky rocket. Also bicycles and comfortable walking shoes.

The price of high shoes would drop...I would think.

I would move away to Mars, and take my cars with me, or I would just drive it anyway. I'd like to see the cops come catch me on their ten-speeds.

I would be ecstatic. I hate cars. Give me a horse or a bicycle.
