Question

A Women you have dated for 2 years,announces that she is pregnant and you are going to be a father.
(8 months later) The kid is 2 months old and you and your girl friend are separating.
After you move out.. You are forced to give up you dream of becoming a Architect,because you will have to get a second job to pay several hundred of dollars in child support.

Now two years later and over fifteen thousand dollars Broke,the parasite louse confesses it is not your child.
Now naturally you don't have to pay this lying slut,child support for a kid that is not even yours.
The sad and very disturbing sick truth is that the Court System will still force you to pay for this kid,knowing the facts in case.
This is the most screwed up thing I have ever herd.
Guy's If this was happening to Women,the law would have been erased and thrown out.
I think that women who are this Disgusting and Evil,should go to prison for a couple of years and pay back the stolen money,plus Interest.

That all depens on what state you're in. California is the most unfair state to men in that regard. In California, if you're married and your wife steps out on you and gets pregnant from someone else, even if you divorce the ex-husband has to pay child support - EVEN IF IT'S BEEN MEDICALLY PROVEN IT'S NOT HIS BIOLOGICAL CHILD. You're right - it's screwed up!

Yes I think it is nasty when a women just says a guy is the father even though she is not sure because she has slept around so much, The men should do a paternity test prior to accepting responsibility to pay child support. But on the other hand you don't know why people break up and when they do if it is not a joint custody of the child one of them gets it so either way they are both out the responsibility to support it financially. Handing money to the other party is allot less responsibility then paying for things the child needs and wants and bdays, xmas etc. and having to do all the rest that is involved in a child's life other then just money. By the way the government is wrong on allot of things. I think they should make the women pay back all the money for trapping a man.

Of course women can drive thats ridiculous! Women rode camels across the desert! Certainly she can drive. Saudi government in my opinion is messed up. By a comment about women cant drive because it could lead to harem acts. please... If thats true then the same goose for men. They cant drive because it might lead to harem acts. Also most people in america are not muslims! They're religion says doing that is ok so they do it. Back then they didn't have police or anything if a women traveled alone without a man even just to the local market she could be raped or kidnapped. The prophet p.bu.h recommended that she get the mans permission to go (he would know where she was going and say yes if he felt it was safe) or a man could travel with her. I agree,I believe that family law should be more versatile in how it address's Child Support and Alimony.No two relationships or marriages are identical,so blanket laws often do as much or more harm,than they help.A good judge trys to interrupt the laws in such a manner as to most fairly address that particular situation.
Its however a sad fact that there is a chronic lack of good judges in our family court system.In many States Judges are elected and that leaves a lot of opportunity for corruption. It also leaves a lot of Judges sitting who are too old or under qualified.
In a nut-shell our system in broken.
Until the average citizens stand up in mass and demand change it will stay that way.

That's why it's important to get the DNA test right away, before any court orders for support are signed! Of course, the guy would only do that if he had a suspicion. But it's even worse for the child, thinking they knew their father, and then finding out he's not their dad and getting rejected by him. It's criminal, I agree with you.
