My take is that if someone cant get along with your family and does spiteful things to them before the ring, you should never get to the point of putting a ring on their finger. It's just an indication of how spiteful they'll treat you!

I just don't understand how someone that was supposedly so in love with his first wife marries so soon after her death. Come on! If my husband died today, I would NEVER remarry. Plus, someone with that kind of money should NEVER get married unless she comes from a similar background. This chick is dysfunctional to say the least and even did jail time for stealing at her place of employment (jewelry store) among other things. GOLD DIGGER! Heather used her wooden leg to get all the pity in the world. Men always fall for a woman's weakness. I mean, she even manipulated Paul into NOT having a prenuptial! WOW and even a baby- what a master manipulator but he deserves it for being so fricking stupid. His kids hate her to pieces but yet he ignored them and is now paying the consequences.

I never really liked her; she always seemed so self righteous.

As for Paul's decision - I think that he really did love her. I think that Paul could have many women that look like her or are better looking. I don't think it was about looks. I think she really had him fooled and convinced him that his daughter would be threatened by anyone who he was with, and that it really wasn't about her. I think some people do have good marriages and they don't necessarily get along with the family, but in time the family comes to see that they were wrong. You shouldn't turn away from the person you claim to love because they don't see eye to eye with your family. Some families are difficult. In his case, it was a bad decision, but a very human one.

I feel sorry for the guy.

The only decent thing about Mills is that she was an animal activist, but such an annoying one!

Also, if Paul was trying to replace Linda, he could have found someone else without all her baggage. He picked her because he genuinely loved who he thought she was.

I personally think, that Paul McCartney thought he was marrying his wife Linda again.. she resembles her, and like with most people u put up a great persona before u get married.. of how great i am, to the point that the red flags flying up around the person are looked at with a blinded eye.. She probably had excuses for why things were happening (the kids dont like me because they still love their mother etc) and he bought into that..cause all he saw was this great wonderful person at that point.. and i believe once the ring was on.. she flipped the switch and showed her true colors.. I think Paul McCartney wanted to see the best in her as he seems to do with most people..and i really think he was wearing rose colored glasses thinking that she could be like his wife Linda was to him before her death of cancer.. and unfortunately he was fooled .. I dont think anyone "deserves" to be hurt like that in a marriage.. , but i do think he thought he was going to be lucky enough to find someone as wonderful as his first wife Linda..and was mistaken..

Mystique is right, no one would Dare question Sir Paul McCartney, the rock star. We know how PERFECT they are. He's a verbally abusive narcissist and his only problem with Heather is that she WISED UP to him before she stuck around forf 20 years of misery.

I think she should have gotten more.

He was trying to replace Linda and he has learned a huge lesson. You can't....
He should have signed a pre- nup, with his wealth he was making an emotional decison not a good business decision.
I feel badly that he is so lonely.

Well he should have known not to marry her, but make the punishment fit the crime.
He does not deserve what is happening now. I hope she doesn't get a penny and loses the kid too.
She won't........and she'll be very wealthy.

I think it is Heather Mills that got cheated in this marriage! Paul McCartney is an abusive drunk! I hope Heather Mills gets what she wants out of the settlement. She deserves at least that after what she's been through.
