PLEASE HELP ME! I cant get songs from my computer to download onto my phone's mp3 player!?

I have a Motorola Slvr L7 and an Usb cord but the computer keeps saying that the hardware is not found!! What can I do?

well i have a L6... wat u do is install the motorola cd and conect the phone with the usb to the computer and it shows all u can do with the phone.

Well in my phone I first have to go to my phone tools then mass storage device and it gives you some options choose connect to PC then your pc will find it. that was me hope it will help
