UH, I hardly doubt it !!! A hysterectomy is taking the whole entire cervix out!!! The Ovaries, the uterus, the fallopian tubes, the whole Enchilada!!! There is no Scientific way a woman can have a show of blood, once she's had a Hysterectomy!!! Unless her man is really rough with her, and she's been some how cut in her vaginal area somehow, through intercourse!! That would be the only way, she could show any sort of blood!!! That I know of anyway!! But then I'm not a GYNO, eitherl!! Maybe, you should consult her GYNO, if there's blood show!!! Good-Luck!!!

Bleeding after a hysterectomy, during perimenopause, or after menopause: Other than some light bleeding or spotting for up to 6 weeks directly following the surgery, vaginal bleeding should not occur after you have had a hysterectomy. If your vaginal bleeding is heavier or different than what you were told to expect, call your doctor to discuss it. Several conditions can cause bleeding after a hysterectomy, including inflammation, infection, abnormal growths, and injury.
You should contact the doctor who preformed your surgery ASAP if you are still experiencing bleeding after a hysterectomy. Good luck and you have my best wishes. For more useful information try the following link.
