I have downloaded it 4 times from different places and it says that the file is corrupt every time.

If it's on Microsoft's website, than that's your best bet. Just keep trying again because Microsoft ended support for non Service Pack 2 in October. I'll upload a copy I have and append this note:

Go to windows up date.Then order service pack 2 from Microsoft its free.They will send you one by post.
