it's just when you log on to or go to the homepage of Yahoo! Answers, because if you read all the information, it posts the latest questions, like ones from say, 5 seconds ago, 8 seconds ago, 3 seconds ago, stuff like that. So just ask a question, then quickly go to the All Categories thing, and hopefully it'll be on.

Only odd thing I had was not being able to follow a link from a notification email when I had a best answer chosen. Nothing else so far.
