For PCI you don't have many choices.
These are the ones I found:
ATI: Powercolor Radeon 9250 128MB 64BIT PCI
Nvidia : EVGA E-GEFORCE FX 5500 270MHZ 128MB 64BIT
Both cards are very weak.
For decent performance today you need at least AGP,
and for best performance you need PCI-Express 16x

Get an AGP Graphics Card. If you have no AGP slot, then you probably need a PCI Express Graphics card. They are not cheap!

Video cards range greaty in price and uses. it all depends what you are going to use it for.
are you a gamer?doe you need it just for basic games, or just basic uses. Do You want AGP, PCI, PCI Express? Do You want SD, DDR, DDR2, DDR3? what is your price range you can afford? I would suggest you go to a computer parts store and tell them these things and they would suggest a card that would fit your needs.
