To convert Fahrenheit to Celsius...
Take your temperature and subtract by 32. Then, multiply by 5. Then, divide by 9.
So, 38.4 Celsius is 101.1 Fahrenheit... pretty high.

I don't know exactly how you convert celsius to farenheit but through my experiences; I have collected that the normal body temperature is around 98.0 degrees farenheit.

take Celcius multiply it by 9---divide by 5-- then add 32. 38.4 C==101.12 A slight fever, but nothing to be frightened of, yet. DO NOT administer drugs to lower a fever. The fever is the bodys way of fighting infection. (for every degree of raised temperature, the white blood cells are twice as efficient at killing bugs) rather, give a warm bath keep the ill one comfortable. I mix charcoal in water and give that, or at least the mostly clear water after the charcoal settles, for that will help buffer the waste products from the dead bugs as the white blood cells kill them , and keep the little one from getting sick from those waste products.

Try this web site http://www.wbuf.noaa.gov/tempfc.htm
It is 101.12. That is high. 37c is the norm and 98.6f is the norm.
Give tylenol and motrin. Give the motrin first then in 2 hrs give the tylenol then in 2 more hrs give the motrin again. That will break the fever.

normal body temp is 36.5 C. but babie's tend to have higher body temp's. anything over 38.5 C is considered a fever. however, if your baby is under 3 months ( u don't say how old) i would check with your doctor, because it could mean he is fighting an illness. if he is older than 3 months, the doctor doesn't usually want to see him until the temp is above 38.5.

"Normal" body temperature is 98.6 Farenheit/37 Celsius
In a child, depending on age, anything higher than 102F might require medicine.
