Yes...

Radical Honesty.

Angry people, don't usually speak their minds as a result of a history of oppression and or oppressive people.
This book is great for learning how to speak your mind in the moment so as not to blow up later on or walk away from a confrontation talking to yourself. It teaches you how to be angry the right way and how to be honest with your feelings thoughts and interactions with others..

And then for a more delicate approach... Try Anger. BY Thich Nhat Hanh. A buddhist monk who will melt your soul and make you cry it out...

Then for a metaphysical apoproach. Check out either

The science of mind. By Earnest Holmes
or
It is all right. By: Isabel M. Hickey.

Both show you a different perception of life to eliminate the need for anger and to understand how your mind and spirit work.

Most of these books you can find at borders in self help or int the buddhist section.

The others you can find at Red Wheel Wiser.com
