Do any other women get this?

Does anyone else find that before their periods they get massively swollen boobs, spots of blood for about a week and an insatiable appetite. Don't normally get it quite this bad but feel very strange and dizzy.

Those are common symptoms before menstruation. Some women only experience some of those, some women experience none of those and some women experience them all.
