Ok, is this endowment / repayment / interest only?

What is you APR?

Are there any introdutory rates?

An example:

£44,000 + £1000 fees over 25 years, interest only 6% APR locked + some form of repayment policy at 150 per month (will give some cashback at the end)

45,000 * .06 = 2700 per annum / 12 = 225 + 150 = 375 pcm

That would depend on the interest rate. At 8%, it'd be 339.60. To compute, just use a spreadsheet's annuity (PMT) function. For the rate, put in the annual rate divided by 12. For the period, put in 300, and for the PV, put in 44,000. If it asks for an FV, put in 0 since that's what you want left after 25 years.
