Government should implement a scheme(If there is anybody have one child, can get Rs.10,000. or anything like this).
Nobody should lay one more child.
If there is one child in one family, they can get important in all fields.
Government should give the scholarship from LKG to higher study for all.
Government should give this concession to all(sc, st, bc, mbc, oc etc.,)
After his(child) higher study, the Governement should give a good job through his study.

sounds good. or maybe they have to pay a tax if they have more than X# of children to prevent them trying to go over. rewarding having one child is good but i think there should also be a roof to how much before there should be a tax
scholarships are a good idea.
as long as they do not follow the Chinese model of doing it. in china the population is very skewed right now, and there are major problems with the population make up.
instead of forcing people to do it i say give economical incentive to not have too many children

Government of India can adopt the model from China to control population and implement one child norm for each family.

first of all government should make one law for all and that includes muslims too as muslim population is increasing in india as they r still allowed to marry 4 times and imagine if all muslims even marry 2 times and ahve 3 to 4 kids form 1 wife imagine the total and hindu parsees christian sikh u see now adays u will not find more then 2 chidren now we prefer to ahve only 1 child for his/her better education
so even muslims should be allowed to marry once
and the law should be no one can have more then 2 children and the one who has morethen 2 children then they have to pay xtra money in each field like school admission medical expense etc should be done double.

1.awareness is the only way!
2. family planning operations should be encouraged..
3.there should be a law made that all the politicians,govt officials should do family planning operations..
4.the govt officials and publicservants ,public figures should do operations and be as an inspiration to the common public.
5.the doing of the family planning operation related to as the [antiprestige issue should be removed.
6.people shold be educated agaist this.
7.govt should deny the special packages to those having more than 1 or 2 children.

Hypocrite, if the population your country is too high, the solution starts at home. I can think of a multitude of ways you can reduce the population by at least one person.
