a friend every now and tells me she wants to take her life...things can be good or bad....i cant understand it ....she will not get professional help.......
anyone have any comments that i could use?

You should approach her family and see what they can do.
In most states it is the family who is able to sign in persons to get help. The statements made by people contemplating suicide really is a cry for help, even if they deny it (even to themselves, some will deny it's asking for help).
Your friend may be upset with you for awhile, but what other chance do you have to maybe change somebody's life, or even save it?
If you ignore this and do nothing and they do something to themselves, how are you going to live with that? Big burden I wouldn't wanna be responsible for.

please try to get her help. nobody is listening to her and she will do it. i was at that point in my life once and if it werent for some really good friends i may not be here. tell antbody who will listen to u. she may not like u for a while but trust me she will thank u for it later. i love my life now and i didnt think i needed the help at the time but i did. please stick by her. she needs u now more than ever.

She needs help is very sad when people think like that and I'm sure if she said it to you is because she is feeling miserable she needs to look for God and a lot of love....âºâ»

better to take her seriously than find out she was wasnt kidding---there is a reason(s) she is saying this---keep talkng to her---ask her if she has a plan--and make her promise she will not do anything silly ----good luck
