A degree in business management. Be an entrepreneur. Start from small. It's faster to make money in business than being an employee.
You won't be a millionnaire by being an employee unless you do monkey business in your workplace.
Having a computer science degree is not enough. You must have another course, a second course if you want to enhance your skills.

Degrees in fields with shortages usually go to people who command higher salaries. For example, engineers and programmers make good money. Also, in general the harder a degree is to earn the more money you stand to make in the end. Biomedical graduates stand to earn far more money than a History or Sociology grad.

Computer technology or Engineering will serve you well if you are able to move around the world. There are thousands of jobs with excellent pay available for anyone capable of working support services for the US military. It is a very good way to work and see the world. After a few years, transfer state side and start a family if you are the sort that wants to do that kind of thing.

Business degrees are always worth more - but it depends in which country you wish to work.

Most low-level IT jobs are being outsourced to India because of their low wages. Higher-skilled IT workers are still employed in Western countries because they bring some business knowledge to the IT world.
