There really isn't a set number as to how often you can or cannot have sex. If you are healthy adult and are able to fulfill all your responsibilities - job, kids, keeping you living space clean and so on, there is no reason why not you can't have sex often.
The problem occurs if you have multiple partners or not using any form of birth control.
If you are not fulfilling your responsibilities - job, environment, kids, and other mundane tasks - then it would be too much. Balance would be the key there as to how often you can have sex and meet your responsibilities.
The average couple have sex 2 to 3 times a week. But that is average - some have it more, some have it less. I've known friends who engage with their partner 3 times a day (morning, after work and before going to bed). Sometimes they even meet for lunch and have a round there. She said they had been that way for years. I also have friends who engage maybe a couple of times a year.
So the answer is what ever makes you and your partner happy - just make sure to have lots of lubrication!
Enjoy!

Not sure where you friend gets their info.
My Dr. told me that males should have sex (of 1 fashion or another) 3x a week just to keep the body healthy, prevent problems. He didn't recommend being promiscuous and even said that if you weren't in a committed relationship, well..... alone time wasn't a bad thing......you know the rest.
So, I think I would lean towards the people who have gone to several more years of school than your friend probably has and didn't get their advice from kindly Aunt Ethel or gym locker rooms.

Actually yes it is. Discovery channel sometimes runs specialson the subject. They say that it is best not to go more then 3 days without orgasm for man or woman. It keeps the pipes clean as it were. If your not married though use protection there is way too much out there that can kill you or you wind up carrying around like luggage in the terminal of life, savvy.

No there's nothing wrong with having sex everyday.Just stay witih that same person don't go sleeping around or you will get some disease. Consider your self lucky for what i can say. But just make sure if you do not want to get pregnant to take some sort of birth control. Even if it's just a condom.

Sex is healthy just like doing other regular daily exercises. It burns lots of calories (depending upon the length of "workout"). It also releases endorphines into the bloodstream more frequently than regular exercise which is also good for the body.

Sex is healthy no matter what as long as you don't use drugs to force more sex.

There is only so much time in the day and the male will need breaks between ejaculations. but other than that do it as many times as you feel comfortable.

Aside from the usual risks of pregnancy and STD's, everyone's sexual appetite is different. If you're comfortable with doing it every day and are using some type of birth control or protection, there is nothing wrong with that frequency of sexual activity.
